You can try products at home for 14 days. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll help with a return, exchange, or replacement for eligible items (unused and in original condition).
Returns typically use a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. A return shipping fee (for example, $9.99) may be deducted from your refund.
Gifts can usually be returned for store credit within the 14 day window starting from the delivery date. Include your gift receipt order number when you contact us.
